Take I-270 north to exit 10, West Diamond Avenue. Turn right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Passing the first light (Bureau Drive) and the second and third lights (Quince Orchard Road & Firstfield Road), take a right at the fourth light (Metropolitan Grove Road). Turn at the first left onto Metropolitan Court . Turn left into the office park and drive to the rear parking area. You will see the MTI logo at the office entrance.

From Frederick, MD (north):
Take I-270 south to exit 11 for Montgomery Village Avenue. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Passing the first light off the exit take a right at the second light which is Clopper Road. Passing the first light (Firstfield Road). Take a right at the next light you come to, this will be Metropolitan Grove Road. Turn at the first left onto Metropolitan Court . Turn left into the office park and drive to the rear parking area. You will see the MTI logo at the office entrance.
